Having trouble with this…. I spoke to a Google member about 2 weeks ago abs was told I would get a call as it had to be escalated to someone higher.
Moved in to a property which has Google nest and heat link. Followed the instructions and had to reset the factory settings. Done this.
Then me and the Google staff tried for a further 1hour and 40 mins. And it still wouldn’t link from the thermostat to the heat link on the wall.
As I’ve said I’ve been waiting for a call back. Haven’t received one. Does anyone know what I can do?
