Currently away for holidays and a blizzard has been happening for a day in our house location. Heat is on according to the home app, but our house temp is dropping. We are unsure if it is actually on and working or if there is an issue with furnace. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?

I'm facing the same issue. I raise the target temperature to 72 or 73 but the current temperature does not exceed 70 for two days. Heat is cycling from the furnace but the thermostat is not reading accurately.

Same for me too, does a battery go bad?

I installed a c-wire a year ago. The battery is good on the thermostat.

Having the same issue. I even reset the thermostat twice and it’s struggling to get past 70 when set to 75

it's the thermostat I also have the issue, and last year also. rest the device.

As in shut it down? And for how long?

rest the actual device to factory defaults. if you look around the form your not the only one having this issue every one is.

Oh RESET you mean. I’m not home though that’s my challenge. I don’t think I can reset it from my phone

Hello folks,
I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused — let's see what's going on.
To isolate: could you all share a photo of the thermostat's wiring with us? Also, please gather the power readouts from its settings under the technical info.
I'll look forward to your responses.
Thanks,
Mark
