I have a gen2 nest learning thermostat. Been working fine for about 6/7yrs. Over the past 3 days have been moving the thermostat around to different rooms to get better heating in the house.
Now today says cat connect to heat link. HL has a solid orange light.
I have checked the WiFi connection on the thermostat- connected. Check the app on phone connected to thermostat cant connect to HL.
Just getting error h1 can't connect to HL. I have moved the thermostat upstairs next to the HL as meant to have a separate WiFi link(?) Still no joy.
Pressing the HL to manually over ride - orange light goes out then back on and is solid again, nothing really happening.
Any suggestions, in am UK based.

Hi @Gregf. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue, but we'll sort this out together. Please go to the thermostat Settings > Technical Info > Power and let me know the readings from there.
