How do I contact best my heat link is not working and it’s only 1 year old?

Exactly the same issue for me, heat link is about 18 months old and has just given up (just had an electrician out giving me the joy of spending £275 to hear that there's nothing wrong with the electrics, it's the heat link)  meaning no heating and no hot water. Have just submitted a warranty claim, but assume that is going to take an age to get sorted. Really need the ability to speak to someone about getting this resolved...

There is no customer service for these products!! You can’t get through to speak to anyone?

You can call them on 0808 169 2307. Expect to be on hold for a while and then told that your case will need to be referred to a more senior person who will call you back within 24-48 hours (it's been around 40 hours for me, but still no call yet...)

I just heard back from them. They are going to replace the Heat Link (should be with me in 2-5 business days) and cover the cost of installation up to £100. They will also cover the cost of a temporary thermostat or on/off switch up to a cost of £30 for the hardware and £100 installation.

Hi @Nickycooper2020,

Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

Here are some helpful troubleshooting steps:

Press the button on the Heat Link and check if you have any lights on it
Check if the circuit breakers and the switches are set to on
Turn them off and then back on
Press on the button again and check for LEDs

Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?

How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones are present in the setup?

Regards,
Cristian
