Resolved! HX Thermostat Replacement/ York Furnace

I am trying to figure out if I can get my new nest to work with this York furnace. Here is a picture: I have a A+ which I think is the humidifier and then there is a B-, C, and R. That's all I have.

2nd Gen nest issues

I have a 2nd Gen nest and have tried to wire it to my new apartment. The new apartment is a 5 wire setup YGWRC wires. As soon as I hook up the wire fan wire the the fans run non stop until I disconnect the wire. Is there a way around this?
