Heatlink has died

Heatlink
Google heatlink has no sign of power. Thermostat showing H71 error. Looking at reports the heatlink often dies after 2 years, assuming my model has the same issue?

Held the button for 30 seconds in a bid to restart it, no joy. Fuse look OK and I've power cycled my boiler in a bid to restart the heatlink, still no lights.

How do I fix as this is the only way I can control my homes central heating.

Hi @Danielvieira92,

Thanks for reaching out. Good job with the troubleshooting steps. Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?

How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones are present in the setup?

Regards,
Cristian
