I had two Heatlinks replaced last year around October, and have been waiting for the installation fee refund since then. I've have a case open (9-############2377) for a while, and keep being told that it's been escalated, but nothing happens. I contact support most weeks just to be told that it's not possible to communicate with management to get answers.
After discovering they didn't accept my first invoice as it hadn't clearly showed it had been paid after several weeks, I had to get another one created. I was told it would take 40 business days from December 2021 to come through. That was mid February 2022. I was told it was approved and will be paid in 10 business days. That was yesterday and still nothing in my Gpay account. Since then another Heatlink has been replaced which Google took the money out quick enough for that. I imagine I will have to wait another 4 months for the insulation refund if it comes at all. How do I complain to management as this is not acceptable and does not reflect well on Google?
