Hi, new to this group. My heat link has died with a H72 error code showing on the thermostat. I've no poelwer going to the heatlink as there are no led lights showing. I've checked all fuses and all is working.
Is there a way of bypassing this so I can get heat and hot water into the house until a replacement comes?

Thanks for reaching out to us here @Otna . I would be happy to try and assist.
It is great to hear you already checked the fuses, that is the first thing we want to do. If it all looks good with them, try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after, when you press the button on it.

Hi there, I was wondering if you had a chance to try the steps above. Let me know, so we can proceed further.

@AndaD all sorted, I rang nest google and apparently it's a common problem with the heatlink. They sent one out to me and I swapped it over. All is back working again.
Thanks for your help 👍
