Heatlink not connecting to the boiler - no error messages

Our WiFi is working the nest thermostat is connected to the heatlink but it's not connecting to our boiler. Our plumber has asked us to contact Nest but there's no one to ring!!!! Help please.

So our boiler is just on constantly or we have to switch it off just no connection to Nest.
