Help please will the nest work. I didn’t their survey questions and it says it might?

 will this set up work. When i did their questions it said it might without the c wire. Don’t want to buy if it doesn’t work. Can anyone help me if this would work ?  Thanks!

Silfey,

You have an HVAC standard thermostat. Your wires are as follows:

Red wire going to RH and a red wire jumper going to RC. This is thermostat POWER-IN.

White wire going to W. This is your Heat Call wire. 
Yellow wire going to Y. This is your Cooling Call wire. 
Green wire going to G. This is the Blower Fan Call wire

Blue wire that is not connected in the thermostat.
