Help wiring a Nest E Thermostat - no existing thermostat

Hi, 

We have a Baxi Victoria Condens 24/24 F combi-boiler here (in Mallorca) which was installed last year. Turns out that they did not install a thermostat at the time.

I already bought a Nest E thermostat but the plumber is not so keen about installing it. I took a picture of the contact points on the boiler but not sure which wires go where - can anyone help, please? Can't see an installer on the island so...
