I’ve talked to a customer rep that was supposed to help me with wiring my thermostat. I have yet to receive the email. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong. I have a jumper wire in my old thermostat and the new nest thermostat doesn’t require it. I’ve wired the nest to the same diagram as the old thermostat. It comes on but doesn’t cool.
