Home/Away Assist not working

My Nest has a mind of its own. How do I contact someone to help me sort it out? My heating bills are going to be huge thanks to the fact home/away assist isn't working despite being stitched on. I've just been out for 3 hours only to come back to find the heating on full.....I'm at my wits end with Google. no idea what to do.
