Honeywell programmer and thermostat

Swot187

Hi all

I have a system boiler in the garage . there is a f&e tank in the loft . the boiler is a Worcester  30cdi .

I have a hot water tank in the bathroom with a switch type Honeywell programmer.

I have a Honeywell 1 channel wired mechanical  thermostat in the hallway. I would like to know if it will be easy to replace both with a 3rd gen thermostat .

Can it go in the hall way? where the thermostat is ?
what happens to the programmer? is this removed?
 Any advice will be appreciated

thanks

Hi Swot187,

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest with our Nest Thermostats.

A few questions: Are you located in North America or Europe? Could you help us with a photo of your current thermostat wiring configuration? What is the make and model of your HVAC system? Could you also give us a photo of its control board, where the other end of your thermostat wire goes?

I'll look forward to your response.

Best,

Zoe
