Hello
our hot water is not working. Our heating system is working fine and we have tried to boost water and it looks like it is working on the app but our water is still cold. We have done tests on/off with clicking noises for heater and it is working fine. We have done the same for the hot water and the clicking noises are also fine but still no hot water. Could you please help?

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you encountered this issue but I'll do my best to help. Also, I'm sorry for the late reply. Just to confirm that I got it right, the Hot Water doesn't activate (the boiler) but the thermostat shows that it is on? Also, if you press on the button of the Heat Link once, and three lights come on, is water heated?

that is correct, it shows that it is on but it’s not activating. When we press on the button, the three lights are on but the water isn’t heating.

Got it, do you have a timer or switch on the water tank? Apart from the Nest system I mean.

It looks like there is a timer attached to the water tank but I’ve never had to use it before. Should I use it?

Best not to create any differences in the settings of the water tank. Just to confirm, even if the Manual mode is active and the three lights on the Heat Link are on, the hot water still doesn't come on?

Yes, that is correct, even with the three lights on, the hot water isn't coming on
