How can I change location setting on my nest thermostat US to Korea

I installation nest learning thermostat 3rd gen. at my home in Korea.

When it is connected with wi-fi, it accurately fetches its own location information and displays the weather and time accurately.

However, from linked to the nest app, it cannot get location information and only displays the weather and time of the United States.

Both the nest app and the google home app set the home address to the current location at Korea. However, it displays only the weather and temperature in the United States as it is.

How can I change my location information at nest app or google home app.
