Devices typically only show up in the home where they are placed within the Google Home app. A Thermostat in Cabin will only show up in Google Home when the "Cabin" home is selected. However, there are some devices, such as those that support casting, that show up in Google Home based on the network the mobile device is connected to. So if you are at "Cabin" and switch to view "Home" you may see Cabin devices that support casting,
