That is a 120v thermostat.   Most likely it controls an electric heater of some type.

Actually it 250v thermostat, idk if I can put a Nest thermostat there

I guess you are located in the UK/Europe area.

If you are, then you should be able to use any Nest that includes the Heat Link.

@Patrick_Caezza thanks for your answer. I'm in Chile, could you explain why I need Heat Link? Idk what it is.

Most of their systems in the UK/Europe are boiler-based, and a Heat Link is the device used to interface the boiler/water heaters with the Nest thermostat.

 

I don't know if they are available in Chile or not. What I do know is your current thermostat isn't compatible with any of the US/Canada versions of the Nest thermostats.
