Thermostat

Our thermostat is showing that the temperature in the house is 99 degrees f. We have the heat set at 69 degrees and the temperature in our house is no where near 99. I restarted it and it is still the same. Help please.

H72 heatlink not working

Heat link not working at all. Had an electrician in and he said no power coming from the heat link. All connections checked and fuses etc. had to temporarily bypass to allow heating to work. Do I need a replacement heat link?
