Incompatible device?

I recently bought a nest and went to install, but the app said the wiring is not compatible with the nest (note, it is quite an old system). 

seeing the following wires (picture attached). Appreciate any insights anyone may be able to provide! 

R, B, W1, Y1, W2, G

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for the late response. Based on your photo, it looks like your wiring is compatible with the Nest Thermostat. Could you please provide the make and model of your HVAC system?

After calling nest, my furnace was not compatible with the new nest thermostat. I had to upgrade to the best learning thermostat, and then I was able to get it working. Thanks
