Hi there @mwpenny

Thanks for reaching out. It does look compatible by the eye, but, can you tell us please what type of heating system do you have so we can double check it?

Hi @DragosC thanks for replying! I've attached a photo - its a combi system. We have underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Its the radiators i want to control with the nest. If you think it would be possible that would be amazing!

@mwpenny

From what you said, it's most likely that your system is compatible with our product, but to make sure and not just suppose, we'll recommend to check the compatibility here: https://goo.gle/2UDR7jj. This widget is accurate and allows you to input relevant details of your current system. Keep me posted if this was helpful and don't hesitate to reach back if you have more questions.

Thanks @AndaD it would appear from that it is compatible! I am just just sure with the exisiting set up if I can use the existing wires or if I need an electrician to run another one from the boiler - from the various Nest diagrams for the heatlink i just cant quite map one to the other!

@mwpenny, this is great news! I'm really happy to hear this. Yes, you should definitely reach out to an installer or someone qualified, unless you have the knowledge to manage all the wires. Also, we don't quite recommend this, only if you have the skills or you're certified as we're talking about high voltage. Let me know if you have more questions or curiosities, I'm more than pleased to assist you.

Hi @mwpenny. Just checking in, how's the installation going? Is there anything else we can help you with at this time?
