Don’t know if my wiring is compatible

Your current thermostat is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen

This is how I suggest wiring it.

Blue - C to C

Red - R to Rc

Yellow - Y1 to Y1

Black - E to * (set as Emergency heat)

Green - G to G

White - W2 to W2/AUX (set as AUX heat)

Orange - O to OB
