@SamUl , you have a 3-speed fan system and that requires a Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation, Your setup will look like this:
Rh - Black Wire, 24VAC Power In
Y1 - Yellow Wire, Compressor Relay
W1 - Orange Wire, Primary Heat Relay
C - White Wire, 24VAC Common
G - Brown Wire, Fan High
Y2 - Blue Wire, Fan Medium
* - Red Wire, Fan Low
