Wires: G, W, B, Y, R, Rc Wires R and Rc have a jumper

Camoislol2,
yes indeed. This is a straight forward HAVC system. Your wires in use are:
Rc, Red wire, Power IN
Y, White Wire, Cooling Call
B, Red Wire, Power COMMON
W, White Wire, Heating Call
G, Black Wire, Blower Fan Call
In your Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Generation box will be labels for each wire. This will help you keep the wires straight especially since you have two red wires, and two white wires.

Isn’t a “C” wire required?

The Wire connected to terminal B, is the Power Common wire. On the Nest the B wire will connect to C.
