It will not let me Access the net with my phone

When I went to look at temperature 

 and it said it was offline
I tried to reset it but didn’t work on my phon

I'm sorry that you're  experiencing issues with your thermostat connecting to wifi, I know that can be frustrating, but I'm happy to help you.
