Keep my temperature set to 78 all the time

Hi i set my temperature to 78 and midnight it change back to 72 , i would like to set it to 78 all the time, my kids are getting sick

If you set the Nest to 78 by twirling the dial or clicking up/down keys, that's only a temporary instruction. At the time of the next set point in its schedule, the Nest will revert to following the schedule. Even if you didn't set up a schedule, there may be a default one in there. Look at the schedule, and edit the set points (orange balls) to your liking. Also be sure to turn off Auto-Learning and Home/Away Assist. These "smart" features may interfere with the simple instructions that you are trying to give your Nest.
