Lennox V0STAT51P-2 Thermostat to Nest

Hello  everyone,

I bought a new construction house that came with Lennox heat pump HVAC unit and 4 Lennox thermostats (V0STAT51P-2). The thermostats are not wifi compatible.

There's 4 wires - X, Y, C/GND and R/12V

Is it possible to install nest with these wires?

I hate the Lennox thermostats.

Lennox uses a proprietary interface that is not compatible with any of the Nest thermostats
