M20 & M22 errors after internet reset

System worked fine for a month and a half, however it stopped working and started only working under emergency heat after that and now because it's time for air conditioning it doesn't work at all for air conditioning.

Also, the tech support said it's wired as a heat pump, but we don't have a heat pump. Just standard forced air gas furnace and central air conditioning.

Everything seems to work fine except the heat never blows hot long enough to hit the set point. We hired a professional to rewire it and I watched every step. He didn't do anything wrong so I assume there must be a setting I'm missing

I appreciate you reaching out to an HVAC technician. After the wiring changes, did they restart or reset your Nest Thermostat? If they haven't yet, please try restarting your thermostat to refresh it and make sure it reflects the changes. Also, if possible, please share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring. This is to check on how it was being labeled.

Wow it's impressive how difficult it is for me to just reply with an image on here I'm not sure why Google is making this so difficult since they're supposed to be a Forward thinking tech company but they certainly don't make it easy to get technical support on their products.

That said, the device has been rebooted and continues to function improperly.

We restarted the device and still get the same error codes. The AC condenser does not seem to work and only emergency heat works.

I reached out to a senior tech and shared the wiring pics and he said it can't be the wiring since that didn't change from before to after it stopped working on normal heat.  I'm kind of at a loss

Yes, the condenser never starts when the AC is running and we can only get heat running emergency heat.
