I just move to a new home but it appears an account was already set up for the previous tenants. How do I connect my own accounts to the home?

@Famson, how's it going? Have you managed to link the Nest Thermostat to your account? If you haven't tried the steps from the link shared above, go to the thermostat's Reset settings and select Account Connection, then Reset to confirm. This will permanently remove the existing account and disconnect it from the Wi-Fi network. Once done, proceed by reconnecting it to the WiFi and adding it to your account. Please check out this article on how to set up a Nest Thermostat.
