Just started having problems with my heating
we had a new combi fitted with a new nest about 10 weeks ago and all has been fine up until now.
the heating will not come on during the day so though the boiler had gone down but then for the last 2 nights the heats has come on further night so must be an issue with the nest can you do a reset if so will this solve the issue it’s all confusing

Yes, you can perform a reset. However, I can't tell from your post how you are trying to control the Nest, so it's hard to give specific advice.
First, be sure you know which model you have: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9246551?hl=en
Second, have you read the basic instructions for how to operate your Nest? https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9248184?hl=en
(I apologize if you already know all of that and more.)
After following those instructions, you should have a schedule set up to your liking. For troubleshooting, be sure that all of the "smart" features are turned off, so that the Nest ought to simply follow your schedule. If it will not, here are reset instructions: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9247296?hl=en-GB&ref_topic=9361783

Hi Dazkim,
I'm sorry about that. Have you had the chance to try the suggestion above?
