My thermostats has a no power E298 code?

My nest thermostat I just installed and it’s giving me a no power codeE298?

I had the same problem when installed on Dec 15. Tech came in, did some wiring work and today with the heater on, E298 came back. System won't start. Anybody else with the same issue ? I removed the thermostat face from the base and put back on and nothing.

Any body else with same issue ?

Yes my power and wires have power but my jest is showing that its having power issues. Its not the power. should i throw it away or can someone help me?
