The AC is not working on the upstairs Nest E Thermostat. It is working fine on the 1st floor of my home. I called and they had me swap the Yellow and Green wires, but the AC still did not trigger upstairs. I found the experience unhelpful and could tell I did not have the person's full attention. I have had to charge the thermostat for a while each night to get the AC to come on upstairs. Charging it today did not make it work. This thermostat has already been replaced. I have ran the cooling test on the thermostat and it says the AC should be functioning but it is still not working. The person on the phone said it might not have high enough voltage, but all the correct wires seem to be in place. I do not want to have to get a different thermostat.
