Nest thermostat wiring help needed!

I am having a hard time wiring my Nest thermostat. Here is a picture of the current wiring. Where should each wire go in the Nest base?

Wiring can be a little confusing. I would be more than happy to assist you and ensure you are good to go. I would recommend following this article if you are unsure on how to install your device, as it will provide you with more details. If you are still unsure from there, I would recommend having a Nest Pro come out and take a closer look at your system. They would be able to double-check and install the device for you no problem.
