Your thermostat's setup appears to be a Heat Pump system with furnace heating and a dehumidifier, which is Nest compatible. With the said dehumidifier, we suggest contacting a professional installer for this type of system because incorrect setup, either due to miswiring or wrong software settings, can cause weird HVAC behavior and even damage the system.
