Is the Nest Learning Thermostat compatible with baseboard heating? I use oil for heating.

Yes but you might need to add a C wire how many wires go to your thermostat now?
And post pic of the wires connected at the oil burner end so we can see if you have a C terminal at the unit.

I know I don’t have a C wire. Only yellow and red.

I’m sorry I have white and red.

I can’t seem to attach photos to this thread.

See the small camera icon in the box where you type, click that and then add pics.
The Nest is most reliable with a C wire. Sometimes it can work without one.
Safest way is run a new 5 conductor thermostat cable and use a C wire if you can pull the new wire.

I can’t run new wire but this is how I wired it.

Is it working now without a C wire?
The pic of the oil burner is not the thermostat wires. Where do the red and white connect at the boiler?

I have power to the thermostat and it’s showing the temperature so I guess it’s safe to say it’s working. Lol! Thank you so much for your assistance and prompt responses.
