Hello! I need to file an official complaint.. to a regulator, to a senior manager, someone responsible who won't ignore me! I have been promised a compensation since October and this has been going on forever. As if it wasn't bad enough, I had no heating or hot water and had to pay from my own pocket to have it fixed, I have now wasted 4 months chasing Google to give me the money I was promised!
Where do we officially complain?

Why not join in this post? Things might get Google to wake up a little if the forum is posted with claims.

I am right there with you - I had to replace a whole AC unit due to a faulty install of a google nest and it was $6,000. My claim was denied - even for the $250 I spent on the faulty nest. I keep getting passed around by entry level support assistants and no one is really responding. I am looking at small claims court and they're not sending me any documentations from their "engineers" that denied my claim.
