I have electric heat. Is my nest comparable?

Resolved! New Nest Install..AC works...Heat does not

New install and AC works great..when heat is turned on..the fan blows but does not light the gas. I have a American Standard Gas Pack. Here is a pic of the wires when attached to old thermostat

Is it possible I hooked up wiring wrong. Temp is not coming down inside, and cold air is bowing out of fan outside and not the typical hot air.

Temperature Change

Just got the Nest thermostat installed yesterday. The Auto is OFF but it still changes temperature by itself. I set the AC to 78, an hour later it's 75. This has happened twice and I don't know how to stop it.
