Need wiring diagram

Trying to figure out the wiring matrix for this setup…

It looks like you have a Heat Pump, so you want to use the lower labels.

Give this wiring a try.

White - Aux/E to W (set as AUX heat)

Green - G to G

Orange - O/B to */OB

Blue - C to C

Yellow - Y to Y

Red - R to R (jumper to RC not needed)

Thanks so much. This worked. I also found a Safe-T-Switch that was cutting off power to the thermostat.
