Nest 3rd stat heatlink

I have wired in the CH as instructed with a loop live from L to 2 and the switch line to 3 CH works fine.

for the hot water I have wire a loop love from 2 to 5 and the switch live NO into 6 however 6 is permanently  live even when I take the switch live out terminal 6 is showing 240v is this a faulty heat link ?

What do you have at term 4? Any power? Term 4 should be no power.

Also, is the bacteria icon showing?

Correct no power at T4

That's correct.

What is the bacteria set at, On/Off?

Try factory resetting, as I have found that works sometimes.The relay for some odd reasonn gets stuck.

Failing that, you could have afaulty Heat Link.

Hi there @Peterj, Thanks for letting us know. Please go into Settings > Equipment > Continue > Bacteria Prevention > Disable. Let me know how it went.
