My NEST App is keep loading for hours without showing my nest thermostat devices.
But it seems google home app can shows and control thermostat devices.
What can I do?

Hi,
I think I have the same issue. None of the thermostats load on my NEST App, but everything works fine on my Google Home App. Its frustrating and I am still waiting for Google to solve the issue.

I am having the same issue and now need to add a new thermostat to my account. The Google Home app doesn't work to do this. Everything points to using the NEST app to do so. The app is sitting on the "loading" screen.

I feel for your frustration. Maybe a glimmer of hope - earlier this week, with no explanation or reason, my Nest app loaded the thermostats that were on my Google Home App. I did contact Nest support with the live chat feature several times....maybe they were able to resolve the issue on my account on the backend. I hope your issue gets resolved soon, it's quite the headache.

I wanted to hop in and see if you were still having some troubles with your app. If so, I would recommend clearing the cache and restarting the app to see if that clears things up. I noticed that dslatus got some resolution through support, so hopefully we can get you sorted out soon. Once you try the cache clear, let me know if you see any changes.
