3 things have happened lately. I got a new Iphone. I replaced a failed nest thermostat. One of my HVAC units was replaced.
at the end of the day my nest app on my phone doesn'r recognize the nest thermostat and the thermostat thinks its account is with another phone.
What should I do?

A few questions — are you getting a specific message when logging in to your Nest app? If yes, what is it? Also, are you logged into your new iPhone's Nest app using the same email address you used to set up your thermostat?
