I can only connect with my Nest online. I can’t connect using the app.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Is your thermostat previously connected to the app? What are the messages or codes you received when you're trying to use the Nest app? Could you please take a screenshot of what you see on the app?
