Hi.
My Nest Heatlink is dead, no lights, won’t reset etc. I can confirm that power is being supplied to the Heatlink and I can force my heating to come on by connecting the common and call for heat wires (which is how I’m heating my house).
I raised a support call yesterday (Case ID 1-############2025) and have had no replies to this in 24 hours.
How do I get a replacement Heatlink?
