We have random problem with the hot water on our nest and can't work out what's going on!
The hot water is firing up at random times of the day and night when it's not programmed to be on. I've had a plumber look at the system and has tested the zone valves, wiring and heat link connection numerous times and it's all working and can't find any problems with it.
We've turned off the legionella protection to see if that could be causing it and it's still coming on.
I'm guessing it's a nest problem rather than anything physical such as the pipework or wiring
Any ideas what to test??
