Nest Incompatibility

I am trying to figure out which wire is causing incompatibility issues with Nest Learning Thermostat. Current wiring is G R Y W O B C

I see you have the necessary wires to connect the thermostat, but the O and B wires are separate. In this case, rewiring might be necessary for proper installation. We have qualified technicians who can help with the rewiring process.
