Nest Is Dead - No Help - No Support

Thermostat is dead. Started with W5 errors continuously loosing WiFi Network and Date/Time settings, constantly having to re set and re enter them. now it wont even connect to any wifi network any more. Keeps rebooking its self get home icon or black screen. Top light flashes either yellow but usually red.

 

Tried all 3 contact options here https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

All say Try again in support hours... but it is support hours as shown.... it's like this 24/7!

Cant contact support. I tried the UK support number 08081692307 "Please call back during support hours". IT IS SUPPORT HOURS.

Terrible support from Google.

W5 is 99% of the time fried wifi chip.

The contact number I find works every time, but failing that I use the chat. Open 8am - 7pm

Last time I rang that number and spoke to a Nest agent was 30 minutes ago, at 9am.

Last time I chatted with a Nest agent was last night a 6.20pm

One thing I can tell you, posting on this forum will get NO help at all. I will be interested to see when one of the Nest experts on here helps you, and how quick!!
