Hi @mhawkel,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you're looking for help to see if your current system is compatible with Nest thermostat 4th gen. Don't worry, I'm here to help you with the answer.
After reviewing your wiring system, your thermostat has the necessary wires (W, Y, R, B, G) to be compatible with a Nest Thermostat (4th generation). To better assist you, please let me know if you have a conventional or heat pump system. A heat pump system typically uses a single unit for both cooling and heating, while a conventional system has separate units for air conditioning and heating.
Please let me know the answers to these questions, and I'll be happy to help you further.
Cheers,
Jonathan

Hi @mhawkel,
Thanks for your reply.
In this case, to install your 4th generation Nest thermostat, a C wire is necessary in your wiring system. The C wire provides power to the thermostat. Please contact a local technician for installation, ensuring they include the C wire. With the C wire, you will be able to install your 4th generation Nest thermostat. To learn more about the C wired, please check out the following article: Learn about the common or C wire.
Please let me know if you have any questions from here, as I'd be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Cheers,
Jonathan
