Nest Learning Thermostat screen not level

With the back plate level the display is turned to the left. I've turned the backplate but it's not enough to correct the display.

That sounds like a manufacturer defect in assembly.  Do not fight it, contact Google Nest for a product return and get a new one.

I'd hate to go through a replacement just for that. There are some screws on the back and was wondering if I can adjust it that way or is the screen connected in such a way that it can not be rotated and the back reattached.

Hi Tanquen,

You will need to have that replaced as the display's orientation cannot be changed.

Thanks,

Mel
