Nest Power Adapter

I’m looking for some assistance with wiring the nest thermostat. I have also purchased the nest power adapter to avoid running more wires to the thermostats but cannot figure out how to wire the adapter. The furnace has two heat zones and a hot water tank and each has taco (571-2) zone valves. I have attached a wiring diagram of my existing system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. Please find attached photos of the thermostat wiring and the controller. The thermostat is only two wires (red and white)
