new install will not connect to the google home app.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to set up your device to the Google Home app, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

 

Would you mind answering a few questions so that we can get to the bottom of this?

  • What devices are you trying to set up?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix the issues?
  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
